GMT: 1:00 a.m---3:00 p.m
Among the telephone available support time:
Beijing time: 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m;
GMT: 1:00 a.m---10:00 a.m

Support Way

We mainly provide online chat, E-mail, Forum and by telephone. Customers can list all relevant questions on the Forum; we will reply them during our work time.

Support software

Our system support Linux, CentOS and Asterisk (V 1.6-1.8), user can free download and use CRMIP free edition and Standard Edition of Commercial Edition.
We can connect with all VOIP providers, if you need to connect with VOIP, you can contact us and we will free do some parameters adjustment.

We suggest customer to use the following hardware:
Server
all series of Dell and IBM 365;
Mainboard
recommend using Intel DG41 and DH61HO
Card
We support FXO analog cards (Digium, compatible cards with Digium and Sangoma) and digit cards of Digium and Sangoma.
VOIP Gateway
all series of New Rock
