IPVOX International call center system doesn`t need to any special recording communication equipment to do recording for all call in and call out telephones. User can flexible set recording rules, the system offer backup, download, playback, etc.

Recording Files

No need any hardware equipments and auto-generate recording files, support various call recordings, for example, user extension call recording, queue call recording, ring group call recording, conference call recording and so on.

Have the option of designated Recording

We can have the option of designated do recording for a certain user, a certain queue, a certain ring group and a certain conference, we can also do recording for all calls.
